They have put the NPC but no legacy loot options till the next expansion probably man.
Yeah that’s the way it works. Pretty sure Legion got its LFR npc in BFA but it also didn’t drop anything unless you rolled lucky on loot.
Do bear in mind though that those augment runes can still be handy. Unless you’re a tank or healer you just don’t get augment runes this expansion unless you manage to get them on the mission table, or you buy them. I keep a small stockpile of runes I get from mission table for the big fights that really need the extra stat push, but I also actually still do some of the Legion missions on my phone for Legion runes for everything else. Its not much of a stat increase but given how valuable primary stat is for my class it’s still pretty damn good to have.

That was a design flaw blizzard introduced in their own system during BFA, then corrected late BFA. In other words, i’m saying blizzard is just repeating steps here.

At least it’s better than getting azerite. All my bonus rolls have ended in worthless azerite.
The LFR wing that drops G.M.O.D doesn’t work, at least on Horde. If you try to get into it, it takes you to the previous wing.
