Blizzard has repeatedly and explicitly said it is not. So either they’re blatantly lying or you’re wrong. Given the fact that every. Single. Post. I’ve seen in Customer Support where someone complains about being “unjustly silenced” ends with the mod calling them out on their specific toxic behavior… I’m willing to bet it’s the former.

So which is more likely? A company worth many billions is lying to its customers for no particularly gain or reason… or people are getting silenced for their own toxic behavior and lying about it try to weasel out of the consequences of their actions.

You linked another post, without any kind of proof, that, btw, was pretty widely derided by the community as BS in the 3k+ responses. I don’t think that’s gonna be much proof vs an official statement from Blizz, but keep trying

What people find as BS is their own opinion. Just show where Blizz said it. If it’s “not that difficult”.
