What I want to see is the Suramar battle mages outfits to be available. I thought those looked cool, yet the race armor was – meh. And if anyone knows if they are available, where can I find them.

It appears he put it aside after becoming the Lich King so my warrior has scoured every inch of Icecrown Citadel looking for it. Multiple times.
Alas to no avail.
So she usually end up killing everyone in frustration.
If it keeps up much longer, we may have to stage an intervention.
