There’s not really any PvP activities to be found in this game right now.
Wsg and AB are dead.
AV is the only battlegrounds available and most of the time it’s people pushing for 5 minute games with minimal pvp.
Black rock mountain is usually dominated by one faction standing at the entrance in a large group.
If you are a pvper, what are you doing for fun right now? Is there anything?
I was planning to get rank 13 in p5 but if I’m not even going to be able to get into a wsg game there’s not much point to continue playing.
Please add cool and worthwhile PvP incentives that are evergreen so it’s not just a few week grind and then people stop again.

Agree, I watched a few of your shorts actually and found them really enjoyable. I was thinking of making a warrior to PvP on with my healer buddy but then realized, there really isn’t any PvP in the game. Which is doubly hilarious because they make pve balancing decisions with PvP in mind which is not a bad idea but then don’t actually DO ANYTHING to promote PvP.

and the funniest part is they waited until nobody PVPs anymore until they decided to finally consider class interactions in PVP, aside from a few outliers that were finally rekt at the start of another phase like P1 BM hunter and P2 Terminator enhancement

Mate, its hopeless. They said from the start that PvP balance was not a concern of theirs. SoD PvP is in the toilet and the devs killed it
Like im an arcane mage healer and shaman can literally purge off my temporal beacon. LOL wow what an amazing mechanic interaction. SoD pvp is a literal joke mate
The only PvP left thats marginally fun is WPvP greifing and alliance can turtle out an AV at the bridge, creating some decent teamfights and skirmishes. Once i get my dwarf priest to 60, this will be my go to PvP activity. BG weekend WSG is okay, ABs pop on AB weekend too.
Hopefully the server merges increase the WPvP aspect so theres something to do. If not, guess ill start playing era/hc till the real classic+ gets released

I would play AB all day if it was possible.
In AV I get to Bal as fast as possible try to distract some allies heading south, get a sap off and start a small fight there…thats the extent of PvP in battlegrounds .

but adamantly wont make class changes like give 2h enh a second melee attack because it MIGHT be op in pvp. Like which is it?

Unfortunately all the PvP players left P3, anyone remaining was either coping or “just waiting it out”.
Until they remove the PvP aura and balance things appropriately they’re not coming back either.

They are bringing them back looks like since they are trying to make chips relevant, i cant imagine why they would dredge up their greatest mistake but here we go with incursions again

Absolutely! We need a WSG timer of 20 minutes, and AB down to 1600 resources. Also add new PvP content somehow, a new BG with some incentives.

Too bad there is no word about the bloodmoon event, it was actually awesome once it calmed down and less people were doing it.
I really thought they would expand on it somehow during the ZG phase.

Just get rid of pvp. Do more for the masses.
Theyll make thext pvp event a 100m 10x honor buff centered on the new dungeons, brm has shown this formula to be peak pvp design
Getting rid of Blood Moon(why in the hell did they do this!?!) and the absence of Rated BGs are my only real big criticisms of SOD right now other than Arms warriors basically being an Era class outside of Warbringer and instant Slam.

Pretty sure despite what they say that they have completely given up hope on pvp and it’s probably too late to save it at this point anyway tbh
