I’ve been playing this game for 20 years, and I’ve always wondered why shields haven’t been given a cosmetic option like capes. It would be amazing to have the option to use shields as a back cosmetic, even if you’re dual-wielding. A crest or shield on your back would look incredible!
While the game has introduced some back cosmetics that replace capes, shields have never been included. Is there any chance this could become a feature? I think adding shields as a cosmetic option would be a fantastic idea.

We have a few shield cosmetic back options in the game already.

That was literally last month’s Trading Post reward. You got 4 of them, 2 horde and 2 alliance, usable by anyone. There’s also one at the Anniversary event for 10 tokens.

There’s been a few specific back pieces that look like shields. But i think it should just be across the board for all shields. Like with weapons, when you select the back slot in the mog window it gives you a dropdown for the source of the appearance. One of the options can be Shield.

They are starting to branch out into other things for the back mog, but thats still not a shield… its a crest 
I got a troll one. I think they have been more imaginative with back pieces, prob more coming throught.
And scabbards on hips and back!
