Same here, Eyr…if you want that kind of game play there already is a game version with that specifically. My solution is it is there to play if that is the content that you are looking for. I request that Classic Fresh be left alone.

If you want SoD then…play SoD. Fresh servers are for minor changes that provide QoL while maintaining the original Vanilla feel

They have QoL changes that are not inline with the Vanilla feel, the macro system has been completely overhauled, logout skips, mob pathing, it’s quite a different UI, and there are tons of changes that while may be situational or niche, make relatively large differences in those niche situations.
Era is not Vanilla, and not even particularly close to Vanilla. Anniversary realms are even further from Vanilla than Era!
Just keep playing sod if you want to play sod
