This is a seasonal game - you are overall doing fine with this pacing - but you should increase the drops of tier by one and one more piece of loot off the loot table for every boss.
You want to move 30% faster, you can if you increase the speed of loot distribution.
This is a no brainer and would help with the “you’re moving too fast crowd”
Or maybe people need to get over the fact they might not be full BIS in every phase?
Easy loot is one of the many reason retail got stale.
New patch drop → prog for 2-4 weeks → farm bis for a couple month → end up full BIS with nothing but parsing left to look forward to. Repeat X3 per expansion.

It’s not the fact of being BiS. It’s that there are 40 people in a raid group and the loot tables are massive, filled with a lot of garbage at that. There’s some items we have yet to ever see drop in Molten Core, where we need multiple of them at that.
Well considering that Anniversary has a no joke 100% raid clear rate where there is no lost weeks to progression; the condensed schedule accommodates the content that near everyone can do while sleeping using their automated game play.
As a result the loot distribution is greater in shorter time than OG Vanilla that was out for over 2 years.
we aren’t even asking to be full bis… Anything would be nice… We have 5 raid teams and we have 1 shaman with 3pc which is game bis, though he has the wrong 3 pieces to be bis. 0 DFT, 0 rejuv gems, 1 shield, 0 tears, 2 healer rings… These items are all at the top of people’s lists and thats what he have, in effectively, 20 runs. How are we supposed to get anything for the next content if we individually only get 12 runs? We are deing druid and lock gear… Love killing 8 bosses and 6 of them everything gets DE’d

good news: you can keep running old content even when new content comes out. yeah, a lot of people mistakenly believe the old content goes away when the new content comes out. i’m glad i could clear this up for you man 
AQ and Naxx have massive amounts of AOE damage. Not getting that 3pc to boost the aoe healing basically kills the horde in their tracks. We don’t have infinite FoL spam to let the priests raid heal.

it means we have to carry additional healers and shaman are already in short supply. We don’t have easy mode healing like the alliance
You mean to tell me on a mega server you guys can’t find another healer? Or ask someone to switch specs for raiding? Hasn’t it been proven that you can pretty much bring a raid of 40 fresh 60s and kill majority of the raid content in vanilla?
priests and druids sure, shaman are hard to come by. They all have husbands that MT and GM their guild so they get to give themselves all the loot

They literally can’t do this without it affecting all the other clients. SoD, Era and Fresh all run on the same client. Why? Because blizzard is incompetent.
Stop asking for changes to Fresh. They won’t happen because it would affect Era which they aren’t willing to do and would anger Era players.
