Is there a site or add on that shows all MOG’s offline?

But yeah outside of being logged into the game wowhead is a good choice.
Providing op means transMOG. But we guessing and could be wrong. I don’t think there is a ‘Dressing room’ type interface on wowhead, but I’m guessing that as well. 
It shows all the MOG’s a specific character has acquired?
How is an addon supposed to work while you’re offline?

No, nearly every website or addon requires some form of online internet connection. Not sure about WoW Model Viewer as I have never used that though and I don’t know if it has been kept up to date. Pretty sure that one doesn’t require an online connection (as long as you have the game and program downloaded already to your PC)
I think by offline he meant “while not playing the game” - Like outside of game. I have been wondering the same thing. I have 15 toons, 12 classes, tons of Transmogs and just want a one stop shop outside of game so I can see them all instead of having to log in one toon at a time.
There are a lot of definitions for “MOG” and some are really bad. So you mean “Transmogs”. They are in every major Azeroth city and the main city of the current expansion.
I think that’ll be a good idea to add to the companion app, would give me a reason to use it.
