We specifically asked if it would be added as it functions IDENTICALLY to an on use trinket as it triggers the shared on use trinket cooldown and it’s Arcane’s BiS weapon this season. You didn’t add it and ignored us.
There was zero reason not to add this item to the vendor since you added every single trinket slot item.
Why are we the only the spec in the game that can’t purchase its bis trinket? What reason was there to not include this item?

All the M+ Weapons should be on there just like all the raid weapons are.
Having only trinkets from M+ was extremely short sighted, especially if they’re going to gatekeep myth track items from the raid.
Yes please. Raid loot implementation is fine, though Hero loot should still require a corresponding Heroic kill instead of LFR.
M+ loot table should have staff though. Other classes can buy their BiS but we can’t? Makes no sense.
with entropic skardyn core buffs and redesign, I think that jug + skardyn core + mech staff is also BiS for affliction. very disappointed they didn’t include all reach items. if the point is bad luck protection, why not bad luck protection for the cantrip items?
Can buy the raid weapons but not the special mythic stuff

I do my 8 +10’s every single week in hopes that this staff might roll in my vault as it’s my bis. I hate Mythic+ but I have to do it as I need this staff on the myth track for raid as it helps my team and every single week it just does not drop.
Glimmer of hope comes along with Cartel Chips and they add M+ trinkets in to it, now everyone can get their bis on use effect but oh wait, what’s that? Cantrip weapons are exempt because…
So I’m the only spec in the game that is flat out of luck in getting their bis item for no reason at all except some stupid technicality we asked them to address multiple times only to receive silence.

This is exactly the bad luck protection the Cartel Chips were made for. It needs to be on there
The sad thing is they can’t change it now because the forums would implode with “I already spent my dinars!”
I’m saving mine to see if they’ll do it.
The worst part is, the entire point of the vendor is bad luck protection. They protected EVERY single spec from bad luck protection except Fire and Arcane mages, who have been whipped up and down the block all xpac already. So this just means we’re going to fall even further behind every other spec that was able to remove their bad luck just compounding the issue. I’ve done 8 m10s every weak this entire season and still haven’t seen my weapon.
I ran that dungeon on mythic 6 and up, over 40 times to see that staff drop. It was horrible.
Got it the next Tuesday in the Great Vault afterwards 
It should absolutely have bad luck protection as all other trinkets are.
Bumping this so they can add to the vendor in a few weeks when we have 3 chips again.
Somehow I doubt they will. All the M+ weaps should be there. Makes no sense for raid weaps to be avail and not M+.
