Add ilvl Requirement to BGs

Okay. Meanwhile I’ll keep winning Bgs while low ilvl people are on my team and /eye roll at posts like those.

Just because you win BGs with low level people on your team doesn’t mean that they’re great, it just means that your team is great.

if 1 person is stepping up to lead a silent group, 1 person made the difference, in order to secure victory, the team still needs to play like a team.

I’ve seen low ilvl players who are better than a geared one sad, but true

No it means every game is random and some times you’ll have lower geared people and sometimes they will. Sometimes your team will be monkeys and sometimes they will.

Splitting ilvl makes no sense at max. None.
