Do it cowards. I’m serious.
draenei cowards
blood elf cowards
is that like civilians
can we get dhks off them
tbf this might actually help them revive the pop in SOD come P4. Think boosted 50 draenei and BEs + no more “nerf SHAMAN / Paladin” complaints
Until AB is 15 shaman/paladin vs 15 shaman/paladin
Dwarf Shamans and Forsaken Paladins.
Then, add in Kara (as a 10man) with an artifact that kicks off the Demon Invasion (Dark Portal event; but keyed more like Scourge Invasion, only localized in Blasted Lands), open the Dark Portal; find the remnants of the Expeditionary Force sent through in WC2: BtDP, stumble upon Draenei and Kael’s band of misfits; redo the Draenei male so they don’t sub bench-press day into leg day every day, open up Draenei and Blood Elf for playable races.
((This means a whole new starter zone for both. But meh. Do it right this time.))
Thank goodness it’s not 50 v 50.
That would crash a server.
#vanillathings
Imagine 50 priests vs 50 priests all summoning.their 4 pets. Would crash the server in seconds. faster if they also dropped void zones.
troll pally is more accepted by the lore. troll prelates have been in the lore since classic. One of the bosses in ST literally spams paladin spells, consecrate, hammer of justice, divine storm.
I would play a horde paladin.
I dunno about all that other stuff, but this please.
How to kill the identity of the factions.
Good job Einstein you destroyed this game.
You people are why listening to the community is the worst thing Blizzard could have ever done. Zero regard for the game world, zero foresight, just blurting out stupid, selfish suggestions.
“Hur durr theres one forsaken at lights hope chapel” Shut up.
You folks truly deserve SOD and whatever low effort garbage they feed you after it.
Its the alliance and horde, not team paladin and team shaman. The division was never actually clear cut and its only a tiny, extremely sensitive minority that ever pipes up about it.
People should be allowed to play the class they want on the faction they prefer.
Upright should have his name forcibly changes to Uptight. He’s one of the people who acts like SoD has to be a copy of Era essentially. It’s best to just put him on ignore.
I think the lines are too blurred with hunter and druids getting the big utility from Paladin and Shaman respectfully. Adding in Shaman and Paladin to the opposite faction at this point would be kind of silly. Granted, they’ve hinted at Sunwalkers in the rune quest for Paladin and Ogom as essentially a troll Paladin. They haven’t really shown Draenei shaman or Dwarven Shaman prominently in anything.
I mean, why couldn’t Forsaken be Paladins? Forsaken can be Priests**
**I’m aware there’s the original ‘take’ that Forsaken Priests would use Shadow-based magic to heal, but it was (likely) dropped because that would mean two priest classes; one for non-Forsaken and one for Forsaken. – It’s also possible that the Forsaken Priest was the inspiration for Shadow spec.
But even in TBC, it’s shown that The Light can be channeled by people not directly connected to The Light: Blood Elves.
NOTE: This isn’t a case for ‘no troll paladins’. Personally, I think every race should be able to be every class. Except gnomes. Screw them (I kid!).
Would you rather they go Draenei and Blood Elves? Or, as is being guessed at, Tauren for Paladin?
Actually. It’s more like how most of the Silver Hand was wiped out by the Scourge and then (likely) raised to fight against the Living. – You seriously going to stand there and tell me that Paladins were the only professionals spared Undeath?
How many borderline braindead takes can you make in a single post?
Enough WoW forums for a lifetime. You people deserve team Aggrend feeding you the worst garbage.
None of my takes have been braindead.
The first ‘take’ is accurate, Forsaken can be priests. And in Warcraft Lore Priests and Paladins both use The Light to realize their spells.
The second ‘take’ is an opinion, and a better one than the solution of ‘just let them train different racials’.
The third ‘take’ is a musing. If they make Shamans and Paladins available to both factions. They’ll likely just go with Draenei and Blood Elves because…well…not really sure, if they had done Dwarves and Forsaken they could have skipped creating the starter zones for Draenei and Blood Elves.
And the theory of the Tauren possibly becoming an option for Horde Paladin isn’t mine. It’s the community’s based on what’s been teased.
Here’s my take: You’re lvl 55. Stay in Era where you belong.
Yes!
The mighty Choquetop must be brought into SoD, bringing balance to the Alliance, and avenging all his fallen brethren slaughtered by the Horde Shaman onslaught in Arathi Basin.
They will feel his slightly inebriated flame shocks that spread like wild fire and lava bursts from hell itself!
I’d prefer this over tauren paladins, but I usually lean towards undead paladins/dwarf shamans (add wildhammer markings). New endgame raid too: Zul’Aman. Sunwalkers deserve their own class.
Honestly i prefer troll paladins. Id take any.
Giving different paladins a different coat of paint would be more interesting to me. For instance, instead of blessing of Kings, a troll paladin could give a Rezan themed blessing. Tauren paladins could give a blessing themed around An’she. Just simple cosmetic changes to give each different paladin a distinct flavour without mechanical changes.
Thats pie in the sky though, I dont think that will happen.
Add Blood Elf Warriors and I will contribute to faction imbalances.
