Add class specific customization

Why not add customization you can only access for certain classes? Demon hunters, druids and Death knight get it, why not the rest? As an example:

Druids can get horns of various types.
Shamans can get elemental inspired tattoos.
Rogues could get poison tattoos.
Priest and Paladins could have glowing eyes.

Rogue feature? Ability to transmog all armor types to mislead opponents. Polearms as usable weapons.

Warlocks: Glowing eyes, either the blood red like Gul’dan, or flaming green like lesser warlocks.

Monks: a glowing yin yang under the Monk, and the ability to toggle certain particle effects from the barber shop.

Mages? I say bring back racial exclusive spells for spellcasters. Blood Elf mages for example should be able to summon a phoenix that will cast a fire AOE that depletes it’s health, and turns into an egg when it’s HP drops to 1 HP, and then proceeds to regenerate health as an egg.

Warlocks should get green eyes like this guy said:

And demonic tattoos like DHs have. We have armor sets that give us those tattoos.

Some other demonic features would be cool too, like horns, but I don’t see that happening. And I see DHs complaining about warlocks stealing from their unique stuff.

Let warlocks speak demonic again. Absolutely 0 reason demon hunters had to take it from warlocks. Both should be able to speak it.

Purple fire is something I hope to have one day but I don’t think it will come.

And the floating shards glyphs, please make those visible to other people.

If you want a Druid with horns of various types, the Horde is waiting for you. Roll a Tauren Druid.

I know there is a green fire quest chain.

And warlocks with purple and green tattoos in demonic symbols would be a cool option, though we know that tattoos will be possible in the Shadowlands for every race.

Maybe for some tattoo options, we add the old skull and crossbones like you see on pirates? An anchor which would be a good nautical reference, and racial emblems that are exclusive to each race.

While I do agree with the notion, I’m pretty sure that’s what transmog options are for. i.e. Why the first druid sets in the game have antlers sticking out of them, and why priest and paladin armor features glowing eyes.

No thanks. I’d rather not live in a smelly hut.

Not sure how that would work since you can just mouse over the name and see the class.

I would like to see rogues get mask for difference races, like in EQ, allowing them to enter enemy cities. I am sure they would have to put some sort of restrictions on them.

If we get purple fire they better do another one of those. I sucked back during MoP and couldn’t beat Kanrethad on the green fire questline, I need to redeem myself.

Not all races are getting tattoos yet, if that’s what you mean. You might also mean it’s possible all races will end up getting tattoos, which is true.

This could be good for rogues, especially outlaw.

I prefer racial themes to classes, rather than just glowing eyes or some garbage.

Priests are THE most racially defined class that has been homogenized to the same themes. Their armors are glaring when the races all worship different gods and faiths. I want to see a slight return to how priests once had racial spells. Or at least have different effects given their faith’s background.

Human / Dwarf / Worgen / Undead – All the standard holy light.
Gnome / Goblin / Mechagnome – More electrical lightbulb light.
Tauren / Vulpera / Blood Elf / Dark Iron Dwarf - More sun or fire-like effect.
Troll / Zandalari Troll – Wispy natural effects
Nightborne / Night Elf / Mag’har Orc – Silvery or starry magic effects
Draenei / Lightforged Draenei – Naaru runic magic effects.
Kul Tiran – Watery effects
Void Elf – Void / Shadowy effects

The point is to not have those features be tied to just certain armor and have it be usable under any type of armor.

Mag’har priests are meant to represent Shadowmoon void users, they should get the same as void elves.

Not a bad idea, but I’ve always felt that the Shadowmoon Orcs were more astronomical than void oriented. The void themes kicked in when AU - Ner’zhul was investigating the Dark Star and that harnessed void magic began to manifest.

Looking through Shadowmoon Orc territory, it’s got tones & themes of moons, stars, and space. The zone itself is overcast in near-constant nightfall.

Thinking about it more, there should honestly be a mix of both to be honest. Since both are AU Shadowmoon themes.

I’m tired and probably misinterpreting this, but I hope you know that you can still do the quest (you just won’t get the title) :slightly_smiling_face: If you did know, and got your green fire, yay! Green fire!

Yeah yeah, I’m so sad I never got the title. It’s a good one too. Plus, back in MoP that questline was beyond amazing.

I releveled a warlock in BfA, and having orange fire feels so boring, I appreciate my green fire so much more.

Honestly, some days I just felt like a fire mage with a fel spell here and there. I’m also over the moon with the green. Actually, all three of my 'locks have it, even the one that I’m stubbornly staying Affliction with (I mean, her name is Haunted, I have to!).
