WoW Cake Pizza should be some sort of super food that increases all your stats, removes all debuffs, solves all your problems and gives you a random rare mount just because.

It appears to have had the middle cut out and the cake carefully set in the middle… which is still just off in my brain. The heat from a pizza fresh out of the oven would melt the frosting.
