Leveling the first character to 60 the old school way is great. You get to experience the world, the dungeons, the game the way it was all over again. I loved the experience of leveling…the first time around.
Having to do it again is incredibly boring.
Add a 10% xp boost to anything that gives you experience for any character you play with after you leveled your first character to 60
or
introduce some type of boost in phase 3.
Either way, boosting is already in the game. I rather stare at a wall in stocks, sm, mara, zg and strat than have to quest again to 60 after the first character.

on anniversary that seems like a reasonable request in a later phase so people can go right into TBC without having to pay for a character boost

I mean they did the same with TBC Classic and the Classic community said “Yes, please add MTX to older versions of the game that didn’t have MTX”.
I think it would be nice if they removed rested xp and made that the normal rate all the time.

I’ll agree it’s an awful experience to level in classic, which is a big reason I don’t play it. However, it also what entices Alot of you nostalgia players to the game. If you want faster leveling and actual new content play retail. If you want to play easy content, level as slow as possible, and experience the same game that has now existed for 20 years…play classic.

TBC will likely include the xp reduction for 10-60, increased quest reward xp, converting most elite quests to non elite, and adding new quest hubs to the old world. Getting ready for Outland should not be a problem.
