I actually ran an experiment with this on a fresh 90 and if you have a main at or past revered and bought the tokens its not really bad. Would account wide be better? Sure, but valor still will be your gate.
Klaxxi and Tillers are just free with the rep bonus. Absolutely free. Just quest those two zones while leveling. Few days of dailies, done.
Lotus can be toxic, but make sure you are opening cache boxes with you keys. You can farm and skyrocket it up. Its not free but doable. If you dont wanna do that then sure, its a slow bake.
Shadowpan really isnt to bad because they do reward good rep and the challenges along with some world questing isnt that bad. Its not great though I admit.
Cel… well yeah this one is a bit of a cook. The two more profession centric ones are also a little cook but again not totally bad. The last two there you probably dont really need to do either but its there if you want.
Did you skip townlong while leveling? You should be able to get shadopan nearly revered if you do the zone.
I am pretty sure I didnt, which adds to that one being a free one.
I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but I’m nowhere near that with all quests completed in Townlong steps. I don’t think you know what you’re talking about here.
I have leveled 7 characters you should at least be honored 4-6k/12k which means around 2-3 days of dailies at worse. Doing quests with darkmoon fair buff which is up half the time can make this also faster. Of course this works only if you got the grand commendation first unlocked on your main.
