Look, I get it. Mythic Raiders something to make them feel special.
But downgrading non-Mythic armor by removing the glowy bits just removes cool mogs from the mog pool.
My suggestion is simple: If you earn the Mythic set and another version, you unlock the glowy version of that version.
For instance: On Chains of Domination, the Normal Plate set would have had blue glow if you hadn’t removed it. The Mythic set will have red glow. So by my suggestion if you get the Mythic set and the Normal one you unlock “Normal with glowy bits”.
And then we can have Domination plate with blue Lich King glows like the Jailer intended.

Honestly, at first I was going to say no… but tbh… I really wouldn’t care. Just means more cool looking mogs with more color variants. I’m for it.
More glows!
I love a lot of the sets from firelands and mop because they have a ton of glow particles

Just as long as it makes a power down noise when you switch
Brown out in Orgrimaar… again.
I’m all for it! Some of the best sets in recent expansions came out of Nighthold and there are many non-mythic ones that would be amazing with just a liiiiiitle glow.

I too really hope they add a way to unlock the glows for the none mythic tints in some form, they really are some of the best sets ever added, the assets are already made, i also wonder if the other raid sets are the same where enhanced mythic versions exist in different tints exist but they end up only use one, could be a way to add extra rewards to other difficult content maybe even a mage tower type thing?

The technology just isn’t there yet.

They should just make all the sets look good. They already added the gear incentive to do Mythic and the prestige. Do they really need to also make sure Mythic looks the best?
