With Dragon Riding being world wide now I really think Blizz should add a Rostrum of Transformation (Drake Customization Pad) to Capital Cities. Or at the very least Orgrimmar and Stormwind.

Yea. Now with DF everywhere, you get to level 30 and it’s literally impossible for you to customize your flying mounts since you can’t get through the portal. Only alternative is to take the air ship and TBC fly to a pad.
There’s a rostrum of transformation between the landing camps and Valdraken. In fact, I used it as a staging spot to recover vigor on my profession alts when dragon flying them over.
That said, I agree there should be a way to customize your ride in SW/Org at least. There’s space for it on the wall with the heirloom vendor in Orgrimmar, though I’m not sure where in SW would be a good fit.
Exodar could use one. surely that’ll direct more foot traffic there.
SW has a big park and the Everbloom area.

Honestly I’m all for it. With Dragonriding or “Dynamic Flying” now available everywhere, it probably would be best to open mount customization pads in the Capital Cities at least.
Off topic I’d also like if we could customize other mounts besides the dragons. Like release new ground mounts for the races you can customize like the dragons.
