And make it an engineer only item as well.
Since engineer is being overshadowed by most other crafting professions, make it have the utility and convenience side be its main draw.
That’s exactly the sort of thing we should get in SoD – though I’d put the portal on one of the Bloodsail ships.
Make it a reward for completing the requirements for Insane in the Membrane.
