Now that many people are starting to prep for MoP, it would be a great time to add the buff back.

They will. For prepatch
theyve done it for every single patch since the first time in TBC, i don’t know why people think it’s suddenly not going to be done for the MoP prepatch

need a week more to get fully preped to print out 2 more toons almost finish with the things i need to colect chidrends week killed my prep doing it on 10 toons / work dint help
The only thing I’ve seen that makes sense arguing against is related to monks not really needing it, since they get a major xp buff for 1 hr, every 10 levels (and also once per day).
I remember og mop release, with full heirlooms (no ring though), i basically chained buff-buff (ie 10+levels/hour) through at least the vanilla content.
It actually got really weird trying to do zones because you where out leveling them only doing like 1/4 of the zone quest arc.
Adding joyous on top of that would get really really nutty.
That said, I’m still for adding it back in. I’m basically starting over entirely since whitemane is dying, and it’d be cool to have some alts going for profession/gold making purposes, so I can even get into a decent gdkp at cap
