I have upgraded all my Holy spec conduits up to 252 other than this one which is at 239. When attempting to use a Death-Bound Shard to upgrade the final conduit it is stating that " all current spec conduits have been upgraded fully". This conduit is a General one and not spec related and appears to be bugged since it will not upgrade to 252.
