Adapt (12/12 M Nya) is an active raiding and M+ guild looking to recruit exceptional raiders for our raid team.
The Who:
We are a community of people from various parts of the world with a semi-hardcore approach to mythic raiding based on Area 52 Horde. We emphasize having fun while pushing content.
We also have an active community of Mythic+ players who like to run keys.
The When:
The team (12/12 M) raids Tue/Wed/Thu from 8:00PM-11:00PM EST.
The Needs:
The team is looking to recruit any exceptional Raid DPS. However, we are in high demand for dps and 1 healer pref disc. Looking for exceptional healers not parse lords.

The Requirements:
Raiders interested in joining our Mythic team, one must be at least 460 item level and have a neck level of at least 80 to be considered a trial.
Raiders must also have at least Rank 15 on their legendary cloak with the intention of continuously upgrading when possible.
Any players interested in trialing for our Mythic raid team must also transfer to Area 52 - Horde for obvious reasons.

The Rules:
Trials are brought in depending on the needs of the raid on the day of and are expected to be available for the full duration of the raid they are trialing for. After the raid is finished, our officers will speak to you directly to talk about your performance in the raid. If your performance exceeded our expectations, trials will be inducted into the raid team as a raider. Should you fail your trial, you will be demoted to a MEMBER of the guild and can request for a re-trial after bettering your performance.
Discord is required for all guild raids and is always expected to be kept clear for any raid leader discussions.
Attendance to raids is mandatory despite your rank. However, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way and cause an inevitable absence. We have a specific Discord channel for those who will be unable to attend to post out with the date of absence. This is to ensure that your trialing remains in good standing.
All loot that is looted by a player belongs to the player unless the player willingly, on his own discretion, gives it up for rolling. The item will then be given to the person who most needs and deserve the item through a loot council system comprised of an officer or GM, the raid leader, and a randomly selected raider that is present in the raid.
This will be changing in shadowlands for the betterment of the guild.
IMPORTANT:
Players are required to research and know their class to the levels expected out of a Mythic raider and understand all boss mechanics AHEAD of the raid. We are constantly posting videos on our discord servers for those who require a visual representation and for those who require additional help are free to contact any of our raid members, including officers and GM for help. Players are also expected to show up fully enchanted and socketed before raid with the best pots required by their respective class.
Raiders are required to have the following addons to raid with us: DBM/BigWigs for boss encounters, Exorsus Raid Tools for role assignment, WeakAuras2 for quality of raiding improvement.
Drama is not entertained, and will result in an automatic guild kick.
