A’dal’s Song of Battle is not providing the buff in instances/raids.
This is intended. All world buffs will be removed in instances/raids.
“In Tempest Keep: The Botanica, The Mechanar, and The Arcatraz, reputation gained with the Sha’tar from killing monsters is increased by 10%. Damage and Healing increased by 5%.”
It should only work in the TK dungeons. Not the raid.
