Founded by a group of players who enjoyed progressing heroic and keystone master/hero together, and wanted to continue doing so in a non-toxic learning focused environment.
For M+ completion and learning are the goal, depletion is okay and part of the system. Keystones should not be an emotional investment, but an opportunity to be taken to learn and improve!
For Raiding, progression and improvement are the goal, failure and mistakes are okay and part of the learning process. Personal accountability and desire to learn and solve mechanics a huge benefit. Addon’s like DBM or BigWigs are required and will help fill the gaps in fight timeline knowledge and on the fly mechanic solution recollection, but are not intended to be crutch for not understanding how mechanics work. Feasts, Phials of Tepid Versatility and Haste/Crit Runes are provided for raids. Support for enchanting, gearing and improvement available.
Attendance is not a hard requirement for participation. Consistency is appreciated, but communication of intention to attend an event is paramount so that we can plan with or without you. Real life happens, new game releases happen, other WoW priorities happen.
