Adaptive Swarm had its icon changed with the new patch and it seems to be using the new icon for the Demon Hunter spell “The Hunt.” At least, I don’t think that Adaptive Swarm is supposed to look like an elf with horns charging with a glaive. The icon for Unbridled Swarm seems to use the correct new icon though.
