Actual POG mail!

Looks like a bad power rangers villain. Props to anyone that can even match pieces of it with other armor.

Looks like they stuck steward ears on Korthia guards.

Why is the face plating on the helmet so bad?

I don’t know what ā€œPOGā€ is, but my lord is that an ugly set. Most of the armor and weapons I’ve seen so far suck for DF, imo.

Pog means ā€œawesomeā€ basically.

Geebus that set is so far from ā€œawesome,ā€ I don’t even have words for it. lol

I’m torn on it. I like the colors but the mog idk it looks weird.

This came to mind as soon as seeing that set.

I wish I know wtf POG was. All I think of are the circles of printed cardboard I’d collect as a kid in the 90s…

As for the armor it looks ok. Helms a bit funky but over all it’s okay.

Can’t say I’m a big fan of any of the PVP armor sets, but it’s only season 1 so that’s alright.

How dare you mention pogs without mentioning SLAMMERS!

I really, really liked the Dungeon set.
But this PVP set… honestly, I’m unsure. I don’t hate it.
I think it’s the hem. Too much brass.

The bottom half of the set is so much better than the top half. Unfortunately, it’s the helm and shoulders that you notice first.

Not a fan of the green, yellow, and red sets though. I agree with the person that said they look like Power Rangers. The purple-ish set is spot on.

Are the other armor types out too? Can’t see them on WoWHead.

Poster couple above said it apparently is supposed to mean something like awesome, but when I hear pog all that comes to mind is those as well, them and slammers as another poster above mentioned.

Same here for me, set is ok, but I won’t be caught dead in that helmet on any of my mail wearers.

I mean to be fair I was like 4 and didn’t know how to play. Forgot the thick plastic ones were called slammers it’s been like 31 years now lol xD

The best slammers were metal. Great for self-defense when you had them between the knuckles.

…Don’t ask.

In my youth I would call these Psycho Rangers (for anyone who knows which power rangers that is)
