Activision vs. CA UPDATE Employees Planning Walk Out

It’s not a form of “support.” Wam is just stating a basic constitutional right.

And the investigation “includes distorted, and in many cases false, descriptions of Blizzard’s past.”

Maybe they just found an opportunity to win a lawsuit.

Does this mean you’re finally going to unsub?

"Not saying anyone is guilty before trial but…

Just saying that Blizzard is guilty before trial because I’m mad that they broke premades."

That’s the vibe I’m getting

I mean… I’ve seen enough from Blizzard not to assume they’re innocent of anything. And they’d hardly be the first large company with workplace harassment issues.

Activision-Blizzard is very happy someone is standing up for its constitutional rights.

I hope the extra few bucks from the diversity hires was worth this headache.

Not saying they’re guilty lol. Just saying I’m far more inclined to believe the allegations given how badly they botch everything else they do. You can have an opinion without talking a hard stance.

Have I been on here malding about premades? I can’t even remember at this point. Not that it matters for me my main doesn’t need anything that costs honor :sunglasses:

Or just stating it as a matter of fact.

This is how I feel. I hate Actiblizz, but I won’t condemn anyone till I’ve seen the evidence myself. Lotta smol muscle kiddos.

And I’m more inclined to think that bogus lawsuits like this are taking attention away from game development.

Nonsense! People today hire a diverse set of people out of sheer love! There’s nothing Machiavellian about it at all.

Expecting game developers to develop games instead of begging for social media attention makes me a cuck? That really makes me think

So I’m assuming when you guys say, “diversity hire” this translates as “anyone other than a white straight male”?

I believe you can be a thoughtful, polite, kind person and develop games at the same time.

This kind of stuff happens and people on the forums will still say Blizzard has no reason to lie to us.

What are you even talking about? This comment doesn’t even make sense. The lawsuit into a result of people posting on social media it’s the result of a two year investigation by the state which gathered enough evidence to bring them to court.

And yes I stand by my last comment firmly.

actiblizz in trouble again. Not surprising. Now we know what wow’s dev’s are doing instead of making content or fixing issues. Harassing woman to the point they kill themselves is what they are busy doing with the money we pay them. How very sad.

I’m trying to wrap my mind around all the people who are trashing Blizzard right now and still paying for an active account.

I mean, way to stand on principle, right?
