I think the Classic dev team has been incredibly open and available to the player base, far more than BfA, or god forbid, Diablo.

Classic IS Blizzard listening to the community. And at the same time making them some serious bank in 3 months.

Oh please, as much as I agree, Blizzard did many things wrong and are often terrible at communication; it is not their fault if people are absolute idiots and don’t understand the point of a stress test…

It was fairly clear it was max level 5, to have as many people as possible in to test layers, latency, stability etc etc. It was obvious there would be issues, queues. That’s the whole point of it. Anyone complaining about a test stress is an absolute idiot.

ATVI has a problem… one, larger than any technical issues they might have experienced, last night.

Their GROWING problem… customer relations and poor perception.

This is not a good mixture, for a “service” company.
