“Adults”. Children don’t run the criminal court system. The current legal issues at Blizzard were ongoing for many years. No one with the authority to make changes did anything about the situation.

People also like to forget that it took protests to normalize the 40 hour work week, otherwise companies would use people into the ground and throw them aside for the next victim to be ground to death.
Change has to be forced, it isn’t enough to simply trust that it’ll happen.

Sure, you get nothing protesting. Except all the things you actually have now at work were achieved by protests. A chair at work, weekends, vacation time, lunch time, I don’t know, maybe you want to go back in time were nobody protested, it was called slavery.

I’m nearing 50 and have an enlarged prostate as do many aging men. I’m going to make sure my employer is aware of this before writing me up.

When women are on their periods, it takes a lot longer to deal with bathroom trips, and the trips may have to be more frequent.
And for me in particular, I had a very aggressive UTI a few years back that destroyed my ability to hold my bladder as easily. It’s part of why I’ve been loving working from home; no judgment.

You get plenty of break time to use the bathroom if your stopping every 20 mins to hide in the bathroom for 30 Mins you deserve to be fired. At my job if you do that I walk you out same day I don’t need people who dont wanna work it’s not a social club and the law is 100 percent not going to save your job blizz is located in Cali which is an at will employment state means you can quit freely and be fired at anytime for any reason…
