I guess I’m just a dumb cow but wouldn’t an authentication server issue keep me from logging in? Because that’s not my issue, I’m logged in just fine and can pick a toon at the character selection screen fine, too.

It’s when I try to actually enter the game world that the loading screen hangs up about 80-85% or so and then after a long wait, I’m back at the character selection screen.

Meanwhile I’m in game and doing stuff on toons still in Shadowlands zones, but they can’t get to Orgrimmar (or SW for ttat matter).

Guess I’ll do some worthless follower missions or callings, I guess.

Or maybe just play a game that actually works, who knows, I may just be that crazy of a bovine!

we never even got the option to go to the isles. boat never showed up in the first place, and they gave us a portal that’s completely useless. at least our server is working fine i guess
 so that we can sit here and spam toys on the docks

Lol log in authentication works just fine. My hunter in Dalaran has no problem getting in. It’s the entire Kalimdor world server being nuked and every single character I have anywhere on that continent being unable to log in.

It’s a standard excuse form. It is what it is. we’ll get on when they fix the problem.

except a lot of us can get in and get on main world server just fine. its the DF world server that is down.

i can get to the char screen (past login server) but i can’t get online with any char: it says realm down.

It’s not really BS, servers are overloaded by people trying to get online.

world server down on my evoker trying to take the zep. Now stuck trying to Enter world
. But i can make a tauren no problem and log in. yup definitely the auth servers

Not just authentication servers, completely borked servers where you can’t even log into alts in unrelated zones or if you get to the dragon isles you need to relog because your character still isn’t supposedly loaded into the area. Worst launch yet.
