This is what happens when you change the the release date from NA/EU separated on almost exclusively every other release. This one they decide to test the servers even more by global launch, like why change the way it has been done that past few where they actually nailed the launches.
Was playing. Got DC. Now world server is down. Can log in fine on every char but the one that was in dragon islesā¦ zeppelin was super bustedā¦ first time it just dumped everyone on the ground and now its not even coming.
Dang those authentication issues!
Not the all nighter I had planned. I expected a few hiccups, but nothing like this. Iām getting flashbacks of Draenor launchā¦

I guess ill go back to New World ā¦ I figured this would be fixed by the time I came back from cooking dinnerā¦ but I think not. 2.5 hrs laterā¦ and nothing but the world server is down.UPDATEā My Evoker is the only toon that can log in atmā¦ How strange.

Do you have 4 mental years old engineer in the company? wtf is going on, 18 years and still canāt implant ONE SINGLE patch/xpac without having big issues that prevent normal players (not your selected streamers) to play. Its moron, seriously, and you know it. Change your whole eng staff, they are clearly incompetent.

Honestly after three expansions launches where the load was made a lot easier by spreading players out in their own scenarios- why didnāt you do that??
Why in the WORLD did you have everyone start in the same place and land in the same place? We couldāve taken a boat, done a cool starting experience and gotten our dragon before being released into the āwildsā

well i made it in for 20 min but its so laggy that its not playableā¦ anyway i got booted again ā¦ why i looked forward to this day i donāt know

Scratch that, it got even worse. All of a sudden Chrovoās bar switch to a purple fill with a timer saying about 4 minutes. It count down all the way and thenā¦it went back to saying Unknown Arrival Time.
Training professions and combat are working at normal speeds most of the time, but completing quests and looting are taking 100 years.

It looks like this is the same as or similar to the issue that was plaguing the servers last week, where people were getting thrown a āTransfer abortedā error when crossing zone/subzone boundaries. So itās not exclusive to DF content.
What they did when they figured it out last time was to deploy a fix and temporarily bring the servers down. Iād expect the same to happen this time around, tbh.
The bug seems a little odd this time, as I have been able to hop around on an alt, with the error showing up only some of the time. But here I am, stuck with not being able to get out of an instance

The cause is simple, but I will only give you a hint: it starts with a K and ends in otick.
Hopefully they fix this tonight. I made the stupid mistake of logging out to eat. I was playing fine for two hours solid no lag nothing wrong at all. I should of just ate in my office and never logged out.
