This has had a DETRIMENTAL impact on ALL servers and quite possibly was the largest cause of many server collapses.
The state of the game is in an appauling state.
To say anything less is a sugar coated lie.
Stop with this “We’re always doing our best for the good of the game!” crap, because that’s all it is.

Just saying, someone posted over 60 stacks of terocone in one go for very cheap in the AH at 1am server. Then turned around and did the same thing with netherbloom. This was day before yesterday…

Yes, it is important not to ban legitimate players as you try to eliminate bits and gold sellers. Ty.
Permanently ban players that buy gold or are caught cheating. No half measures.

Why isn’t multi-boxing actionable? It’s one of the worst kind of pay to win things there is. Completely exploitive compared to what is available to a regular player playing on one account. Being able to pay for multiple accounts and run them all at the same time for faster kills and more rewards per individual player is disgusting.
The exploit you are banning over here is even less impactful than multi-boxing is.

Really only seems like you’re targeting a certain faction over the other. Jom’Gabbar has many people account sharing and exploiting, yet we report them and nothing. Then a Chinese guild there can 40man queue AV and mass report everyone on the other teams and get away with it. hire Game Masters
I propose a NEW RACIAL TYPE to complement Humans, Dwarves, Orcs, Etc, Etc…
Give us a Hero Class BOUNTYHUNTER. This 'toon has capabilities and tools to spot Bots and cheats. The Bountyhunter reports these to the GM’s and collects a reward.
Why not make the cheaters part of the Azaroth WOW gameplay? Why not take advantage of the free manpower represented by a motivated and strong player base?
What tools would the Bountyhunter need? What would the rewards look like? You guys have figured out tougher problems than this. THAT’S why World Of Warcraft exists.
Good morning Kaivax, a serious question here. Why is it when something is done to our account the GM’s won’t even tell us what we did to cause the suspension? How am I for one supposed to avoid an action that honestly i dont even know ive done.
Disclaimer i was suspended for 3 days for " Disruptive Gameplay", which the only thing I can think of that would cause this is me reporting a players whos on 24/7 for the past 6 weeks, he only logs off for a minute 2-3 times a day obviously account sharing, and this is the swap and I believe I was suspended for reporting this guy every day.
But if not, then I have no idea what else would cause this, why is the system set up to punish players even more than the bots? When i tried to appeal and ask for any resource of what would have caused this ban I was met with no information to even defend myself from these GM’s that i dont even know if they’ve reviewed the information.
Idk im frustrated and probably will catch some toxic answer from the users on the forums and you’ll never respond, but im only here because i know ive done nothing wrong.

Is using Ouro in Ahn’Qiraj to teleport everyone in the raid from Twin Emperors’ room to Ouro’s room and skip all trash mobs up to C’Thun a violation of the End-User License Agreement?
I really hate botters and gold sellers, and your post is great… but having said that, you guys have over a decade with these problems it can’t be that hard to manage gold transfers at least… some small tweaks to that in-game system would probably prevent a heap of RMT from happening…
