I’ve seen tons of posts on this and most of them don’t have this information. Please keep this post bumped to help everyone out. If you are seeing the "That action is currently restricted’ message when you try to send mail, buy or sell on AH, or trade items to someone: log out for 15 minutes and then give it another try.
