Every time an ability like overpower or victory rush “flashes” it tends to stay on my screen instead of going away after a second. Its like the animation for the action button is bugged and doesn’t finish. Anyone else have this issue on a warrior or any other class for that matter?

ya i noticed this too recently i guess lots are having this issue?

I will also add that its super annoying how blizzard always tries to say its our addons and in my experience 99% of the time it ends up being on their end. They have no problem sending us on a wild goose chase though.
So like are you getting the flashing ability when it’s available but its like double the size i get mine on victory rush and execute.
This happens to me and doesn’t go away until I use the offending proc (i.e. Victory Rush or Execute with Sudden Death talented).
Been happening to me all of Dragonflight for many buttons. Action bar button will randomly get stuck in a glowing state and stay that way till I /reload or pull the ability off the bar then back on. Even using the ability won’t remove the glow, it will be on cooldown and unusable and yet still glowing begging you to press it. Can happen to pretty much any button/spell I think.
Usually by the time I end a m+ dungeon at least one button will be stuck in the glow state. I have no addons that effect action bars. It’s really annoying and distracting. Sometimes the glow will even get distorted too like beyond the normal glow to the point where you can’t even see the button anymore.

It takes two minutes to reset your interface and another two minutes to restore it. It’s not a wild goose chase. It’s just how support works: identify the cause of the problem through the elimination of extraneous factors.
Also, so many of these issues are solved through a UI reset, especially at the start of an expansion. Maybe not this one, but, still, there are many.
It’s just a solid first step, like restarting your computer.
