Action bars reset on /reload and logging in and out

my ui resets and moves my frames around all weirdly, i have to hit EDIT MODE for it to reset to normal.

This is happening to me too. /reload and logging out and in cause the problem to come back.

disabling all add-ons does not solve issue

BUMP–Bug is still in the game i have to hit EDIT MODE to reset to my actual frames.

Same. One of my bars gets moved at the top of the screen when I log on and off. I have to go into edit mode and reselect the layout to correct it.

Confirm, one or two bars snap to the upper left corner of the screen. Thankfully I have a number of saved presets so I can swap back and forth to solve it, but I have to do that every time I log back in on each and every one of my affected toons and that gets unbelievably tedious unbelievably fast.
