I made a few alt characters over the week and when I logged into one today I can not see my action bars. bar 2 shows up as in the abilities are floating in air but bars 3 -6 do not show up. I can still use abilities via key binds I know are on the bar slots. toggling the action bars in the menu has no effect. looking in edit mode the bars are not there. The font on the bars that are showing also changed.
Edit: I was able to resolve this by deleting the character specific folder from the install folder
