I don’t have any action bar addons, and all of my action bars are enabled. Why do I only see 3 action bars and the formatting is all weird? Edit mode doesn’t show all of my action bars. Any ideas guys?
check to see if they are checked in the settings
Did you forget to download action bars?! 
Jokes aside, you have to enable the extra ones I believe because by default (when I last checked, back when the UI first came out) they weren’t showing up for me. 
Or just be like the rest. Grab ElvUI or Bartender, both work out great
