I had just changed most of my action bars spells/items, got everything where I wanted it be, & decided to queue for a dungeon. When my dungeon popped, as soon as I hit ‘Enter Dungeon’, I watched as all my spells reverted back to where they were previously. I really wish that Blizzard would give us the option of saving the action bar profile for different characters, so when this inevitably happens, as it has for nearly every single new expansion release, it’s easier to apply the settings we want.
Thankfully, since this is a common bug that happens with new xpacs, & I’ve lived through this before, I always write down my what spells are affixed to which action bar placement. But really, by now we should be able to save these settings without having to reply on a third party addon. We can save key bindings, so we should be able to save action bars to characters as well.
After this happened, I was a bit peeved & went to look at the addon options for saving action bars per character, but none of them have been updated so that’s not even an option currently.
