ever since the new patch my action bars are Lagging and not working properly. Some times the cool down numbers dont show for spells after using them and some times it takes 5-10 seconds for the the cool down number to appear on the spell after using. Ive turned off all addons, ive factory reset wow settings to default and its still doing it.
it makes it really hard to play the game when i can’t tell what spells are on cool down or not
