Haven’t played this toon in a while, but while leveling I noticed that the action bar does not switch with the first hit. I normally Garrote and the mob starts attacking, but my action bar doesn’t switch so I Cheap Shot once or twice. The mob is stunned and then the normal action bar is active. This happens every single time so I got use to it and expect it.
Yesterday I solo’d Motherlode’s last boss for Ironfoe. The fight went on for a very long time, like an hour. I know I went through at least 3 healing potions. During that battle I noticed several times the action bar would flip to stealth, I cheap shot and it flipped back…
Anybody else seen this?
You’re using subterfuge talent. It keeps let’s you use stealth abilities for 3 seconds after breaking stealth.
So once you enter stealth, you keep your “stealth” action bar for 3 seconds. Then it flips back to your normal action bar
you are correct, thanks. But what about the action bar switch in the middle of a fight with no stealth. Side effect of Blindside?
Blindside should only allow Ambush to be used, not cheap shot? I’ve never had blindside swap my entire bar over. Just lit up Ambush for use (which I had on both bars while using Blindside)
I actually had this happen while playing sub & I never knew what was causing it.

The Night Fae covenant ability Sepsis periodically lets you use stealth abilities. Similar to Subterfuge. Are you Night Fae?
Ahh that would be it - he is Night Fae. I went straight to threads of fate and picked Venthyr for rogue (just got lucky, needed an alt to fill Venthyr covenant), so I have no clue how the other covenant abilities work
