Is there any chance to possibly get epic gems outside of raid? I know currently you only get them from purchasable items from inside the raid with items that the bosses drop. With no LFR would make it take forever to get these. Also I think if they are tied to either valor or w/e the new currency is going to be you would keep people running the 5mans for gems.
Yes there is a small chance to get them from prospecting, Just like in TBC and WoTLK.
This is proven I’ve seen the prospecting give epic gems on PTR.
I don’t think so unless this is a new change they added you can only get them from the items that the bosses drop form the raids.
