Acquisition of the Evoker legendary in the next patch

Okay, what are the plans for those who can’t get the legendary item in the remaining duration and throughout the patch?

Since Blizzard has decided to go back to the Classic and TBC legendary acquisition method, and after putting in place a bad luck protection that hasn’t been told how much it increases the chance each week you don’t get the item.

Are all the evokers who didn’t get it simply going to have to settle for not having the legendary, since getting it and assembling a group to raid the past tier will be non-existent?

If only that axe wasn’t 2h str, since Evokers can technically use 2h axes. Alas, I digress…

My guess would be a player-driven solution, AKA find some friends and blast down Sarkareth and hope for the best. I don’t see a radical change in acquisition happening without an equivalent reduction in it’s power.
