Achievments: spice of life no credit

I think I saw a few of these topics and instead of hi-jacking I would start a basic new one.
According to this:

I am hitting all those places, yet a few of them are not giving credit.
somewhere I read that you cannot do them more than once, if that is true, how do I know I’ve already done it. Some of them I sort of remember.

I am up to 84 at the time of this writing, and did 3 others, but re-checking, it still says 84

  1. Is there a delay for getting credit?
  2. If you happen to repeat one, does that give credit?
  3. is there a mod or an in-game way to determine what ones are already done?

Pretty sure you just have to keep doing them. You could check the individual quest completion on Wowhead using the profiler, and see if you’ve completed them that way…but since 99% of the world quests are just zone quests from the zones Loremaster achievement, it may show complete for the quest even if you haven’t done the world quest version…

Remember that Argus WQs do not count toward this total.
Pet, PVP, and Professions do.

Finished this ages ago so can’t test, but All The Things (addon) might have something for that.
