Once bitten twice shy. Upon completion of parameters of achievement, it will not give credit. I have done these many weeks now and it just will not complete. There is almost no information online about this, outside of a video from many years ago showing the process solo.
You need to be more specific. What character-realm? What achievement?

Seems to be about the Once Bitten, Twice Shy achievement. Though there is no mention of which difficulty version OR if this is about Classic or Retail.

We’d have to see more to know whether the problem is a bug or just you missing some fine point. It’s not unreasonable that all the patch changes broke something with an old raid. If that’s the case it’s a bug report and not something that the CS team can do much about.
Endity-Darkspear, Once bitten twice shy. Its both the 10 and 25 achievement for Citadel. I have waited 5-10 seconds after pulling and killed. There is just no way to trigger this to complete. I have done the be a vampire then kill no issue, its the don’t let them change you into a vampire.

One of the suggestions there is to not one-shot the boss. Start with weak attacks that won’t kill the boss in one hit. Being overpowered can make things break, so you need to go slower. Sometimes, you may have to unequip a weapon or your gear, so you have less power.
This is not something a GM can help you with. You could post in Bug Report, but when the solution is likely “don’t kill so fast”, there’s not much to fix.
