This has been happening for weeks now. When i load a character in armory, and click on their achievements it says “OOPS! Something went wrong. Looks like we took a wrong turn somewhere. You won’t find what you’re looking for here, but the links below may be helpful.” I usually end up having to refresh multiple times, and clicking around on that armory page until I can finally get it to load.
Bumping, hoping for a fix. Really need to be able to see the achievements page in the Armory, we use it for recruitment purposes.

Ive found that if you reload the page after the error shows it sometimes works, but if you click the acheivements tab from any other tab then you get the error.
