If Blizzard decided to give achievements with negative points and hired you to create them, which ones would you add?
Road Warrior - get 10,000 honourable kills with only 25% being within 50m of an objective.
Teflon Hero - Lose aggro on 1000 dungeon mobs while in a tanking role.
Angry Angler - Get 1000 honourable kills while forgetting you have your fishing rod equipped.
Extra! Extra! - Pull 1000 mobs in group dungeons while not playing a tanking role.
“Hi Doctor Nick!” - Experience 25 full wipes in regular dungeons as a healer.
In a China Shop - Get 100 players killed by aggro you accidentally dragged onto them.
Premature Lustification - Use bloodlust, time warp, or any other raid-wide boost in the starting area 10 times.
What dubious achievements would you recognise?

Barrage butthead - hit x amount of mobs in instance content using barrage.

Opening night of Warlords I was doing a guild dungeon run and had forgotten Barrage had been changed from single target to AoE. Hilarity ensued.

Once past about 12 years old . . if you are concerned with achievement points on a nearly 20 year old game, you probably need to re-evaluate your life choices.

It’s a different game but SWTOR has an achievement for falling into the sarlacc pit (and dying, obviously).

…And Stay out! - getting kicked X times from a dungeon.
It’s not the gear - maintain a consistent bottom tier DPS while over geared for said instances.
Not this guy again? - While using LFG tool, Get kicked from multiple groups with the same players.
Blamed the healer - - receive more heals than your DPS AND die the most in the group for that run.
Blamed The Tank - Died X number of times before Tank takes Damage.
Needless - Need on gear you you’re higher ilvl than AND have MOG unlocked.
Shameless - Refuse to tip delivery guy while running AFK to answer door bell.

Wasn’t there an achievement for falling and taking 99% damage? I’m sure my rogue used the ravine in Dragonblight that lead to the temple to get just that.
