Out of curiosity, but are all achievement already gained not able to “repeat” on other characters? I’ve been leveling a toon in BfA and have not gotten any achievements going through these missions. I have completed them a while ago and was curious.
Also, has anyone else been unable to use the sell junk button? It continuously has been telling me that they don’t want that item? I am going to put a ticket in but was wondering if anyone else has been dealing with this.
Some achievements are already account wide from old expansions. So it could be that. I’m not sure. You’d have to check the specific achievement.
As for the sell junk button, try the usual suspects first:
If that doesn’t work:
If that works, replace your folders and see if it still works or if it goes wonky. If it won’t work, then it’s an addon interfering.

A large chunk of achievements were made warbound wide when they launched War Within.
I had the couldn’t sell junk problem and it was down to having an item that can’t be sold to a vendor in a bag that wasn’t being ignored by “sell junk”. Check what’s in your inventory and if you have something like that, move it to an ignored bag or get rid of it (depending) and it should work fine again. For some reason the code for selling junk can’t just skip over an item that can’t be sold.
