Achievements being shown twice

Anybody know how I can make it just show achievements once…? I’m fine with seeing guild achievements, but when I get a new achievements I don’t want to see it listed twice… (once in guild and once for just personal). it’s a really minor thing that I’ve just kind of ignored forever but I’ve been working on my UI and its kind of annoying. Anybody know a fix?

wont let me provide a screenshot but basically is says:
(G) Rum has earned achievement A
(G) Rum has earned achievement B
Rum has earned achievement A
Rum has earned achievement B

I understand it’s the guild achievement showing. I just don’t want to see the guild achievement if its FOR MY OWN CHARACTER. I still want to see when guildies get achievements

also, the auction house has been closed for the past 10 hours on shadow council

It looks like you’re talking about the guild announcement. If you’re in a guild, you get a personal announcement in yellow and s guild announcement in green that your guild members can see.

yes im aware, what I’m asking is how I make it so I don’t see my own personal announcements, or so I don’t see the guild announcement if its for myself.

There isn’t yet a way of hiding it at present.

Yep :frowning: seems to be on a lot of servers and is likely region-wide.

I believe you can actually filter it on if you right click your chat boxes and go to options. It will only be for that chat box tho, so make more. I have one that’s just for guild and one for raid.

I think it’s system messages you would turn off, but I can’t recall at the moment and would need to login to check.

On your chat tabs right click “General” and choose “Settings” then you can uncheck Guild Announce or Achievement Announce.
