Achievement Reward Missing: D.R.I.V.E Engine: the Pozzik Standard

I completed the Achievement Undermine Breaknecking: Bronze and despite being awarded the achievement - I do not have the D.R.I.V.E Engine part in my inventory, nor does it appear in the D.R.I.V.E customization menue.

RESOLVED: There was no mail notification - I could not retrieve the item from inside Undermine; I had to ZONE OUT of Undermine and ONLY THEN did I receive the mail notification.
