Playing Cata Classic - I got the achievement for Eastern Plaguelands quests on my mage (Magernoob-Remulos). I also got the Full Caravan achievement. I swap to my hunter (Basshunter-Remulos) to see what quests it had done in EK and Kalimdor and the achievement wasn’t marked as being done for me. Pretty sure those achievements are account wide
