The Achievement panel in Wrath of the Lich King Classic is a bit wonky. If you open it up (default: Y key) and look at an achievement you’re about to get to see its progress, close it, and after you make progress or attain the achievement, and press Y to go back and look at your progress, the display does not update. You have to select a different achievement and then re-select the achievement you wanted to look at. This happens for all characters.

Tracking and untracking the achievement will also update it. Been experiencing this on all toons as well.
